Projections/Theatre
The Theatre Department was something I never thought I'd get involved in, but after the pandemic hit, my teachers needed a filmmaker. Below read my journey in singlehandedly learning and taking creative control over positions, and my subsequent further involvement in the department.
Projections
Our post-pandemic show, Pippin, required uniquely shaped projections for each song. I taught myself multiple software, including Adobe After Effects, and independently learned and trained assistants on how to create projections while also taking complete creative and artistic control of the cinematography and editing. It took 20 hours a week over the winter season.
